France, one of the most beautiful country, is popular for many think but what is most interesting according to me is it’s language ‘French’. French is not created it is crafted to give just a perfect sense
It is only the language that is being taught along with english in most of the countries. French is the international language of cooking, fashion, theatre, the visual arts, dance and architecture. A knowledge of French offers access to great works of literature in the original French, as well as films and songs.
It is considered to be a rich and melodic language and is also famous as language of love. There also many rules and conjugations that also make it a little tough.
As I am a student I started learning french from 6th and I enjoyed it alot. I got to know about different conjugations, exceptions and rules that were tough at starting but then I started to understand and found it quite easy….The origins of the French language can be traced back to the Romans’ introduction of Latin to the Celtic-speaking inhabitants of Gaul.
Why French is interesting?
Being the ” Most beautiful language” because of its clarity it is interesting because of following:
- Difference in feminine and masculine words : Every word in french has a different meaning and could be only used in a particular sequence that makes it more ‘unique’. Each word has two forms – a male and a female.
- Articles : like a, an and the in english there are 4 different types of articles indefini, defini contracte et partitif used for different senses.
- Verbs : It is something that is used in most of the sentences in english. But in french it is mainly of 3 types- er-endings, ir-endings and re-endings.
- Negations : it is another thing that is full of interest. Negation in french can be proved a little tough if not understood properly as is contains many rules and exceptions.
- Pronouns : just like in English there are different pronouns in french like Je stands for I, Tu for you (singular), il for he and elle for she, Nous for we, vous for you (plural), ils for them (masculine) and finally elles for them (feminine).
Pointes like these make french interesting for me, hope you have enjoyed this blog…..
