1st known technology: The wheel <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Mesopotamian civilization<\/strong> is credited with the invention of the wheel by a number of old sources. It is a circular compound that is intended to rotate on an axle bearing. it is useful as it allows heavy objects to be moved easily facilitating movement or transportation while supporting a load, or performing labor in machines. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Invention of the Fire<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was first developed by an ancient spices of humans called Homo Erectus<\/strong>. The ability to control fire was a dramatic change in the habits of early humans. Making fire  to generate heat and light made it possible for people to cook food, simultaneously increasing the variety and availability of nutrients and reducing disease by killing pathogenic microorganisms in the food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adoption of gunpowder<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gunpowder was invented in China<\/strong> sometime during the first millennium AD. The earliest possible reference to gunpowder appeared in 142 AD during the Eastern Han Dynasty<\/strong> when the alchemist Wei Boyang<\/strong>, also known as the “father of alchemy”,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Invention of Steam engine <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Steam Engine was invented by Thomas Newcomen<\/strong> in 1712. He experimented for 10 years to develop the first truly successful steam engine to drive a pump to remove water from mines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Christopher Latham Sholes<\/strong> invented the first typewriter in 1867. Mechanical, electric, and electronic are the three major types of typewriters that were widely introduced in the 19th century. The invention of the typewriter can said to be one of the most important and defining moments of the 19th century.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

History of Spacecraft<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spaceflight began in the 20th century following theoretical and practical breakthroughs by Konstantin Tsiolkovsky, Robert H. Goddard, and Hermann Oberth<\/strong>. First successful large-scale rocket programs were initiated in the 1920s Germany by Fritz von Opel and Max Valier<\/strong>, and eventually in Nazi Germany by Wernher von Braun<\/strong>. The Soviet Union took the lead in the post-war Space Race, launching the first satellite, the first man and the first woman into orbit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
